PURPOSE

Compiling and processing users’ personal data on the website shall be carried out with the following purposes, depending on the relationship with said users:

If you provide this type of information, you accept your own responsibility for possible risks to your privacy. If we detect this type of information, we shall eliminate it from our systems and it shall not, under any circumstances, be taken into consideration for selection processes.

DATA STORAGE TIME.

The personal data provided by users shall be preserved by LAPESA whilst the commercial relationship lasts, with the exception of curriculums sent to the Human Resources Dept. which shall be kept for 1 year as from the receipt of the data. If these data are especially sensitive, such as those already mentioned, they shall be eliminated immediately. All the foregoing is without prejudice of data blockage and/or data retention obligations resulting from the regulation that is applicable to each case.

The appropriateness of processing data is determined by your consent, which has been given and obtained via the contact forms of the website as well as by accepting the use of cookies.
